Do we ship worldwide?
Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom.
What is the cost of shipping? And how much time does it take?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order has been processed (1-2 business days for processing).
How do I return a product?
In order to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact us at contact@ablivia.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide detailed instructions and a return authorization form.
Safely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Include the return authorization form.
Use the return label we send via email to ship the product back.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress using this link.
What happens if my order never arrives?
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@ablivia.com
We will investigate the issue with the courier and, if necessary, offer a refund or send a replacement.

What is the refund policy?
In the case where return is approved, the refund should be processed to the original payment method within 10 days on average. However, it may take a maximum of 20 days from the day your return and refund request is accepted, depending on your banking service. It is difficult to give an exact time frame as it varies from bank to bank. In some cases, customers receive the refund within a day or two, while in others it may take up to 20 days. If it takes longer, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped, as long as it hasn't been more than 2 hours from the moment the order was created. What products are non-returnable?
Ablivia doesn't accept the return for used or opened gifts.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
For defective or damaged products: Ablivia covers the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind (Customer Remorse): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or full refund, covering all return shipping costs.
